Aon Strengthens Its APAC Reinsurance Team with a Wave of Strategic Leadership Appointments

At the center of these changes is Soeren Soltysiak, who will officially step into the role of CEO of Asia Reinsurance Solutions on April 1, 2025. Based in Singapore, Soltysiak will report directly to George Attard, APAC CEO of Reinsurance Solutions. His mandate is expansive guiding Aon’s strategy across treaty and facultative reinsurance, analytics, and operations.
Soltysiak is no stranger to the region’s complexity. He previously served as Aon’s Strategic Growth Leader for APAC Reinsurance Solutions, where he helped steer the firm’s market positioning during a period of shifting risk profiles and evolving client priorities.
A Broader Leadership Bench Across Asia
Alongside Soltysiak’s appointment, Aon has elevated Musa Adlan to Managing Director, Asia, Reinsurance Solutions. In this expanded role, Adlan will refine Aon’s reinsurance growth strategy across Asia, with a particular focus on product segmentation and emerging client needs.
Adlan will continue to lead Southeast Asia Reinsurance Solutions, while now working more closely with Soltysiak and Aon’s product heads across the region. He will report directly to Soltysiak.
Strengthening Life, Health, and Retrocession Expertise
